Coronavirus Update - We are Open!

COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on all of our lives.

True Corset is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing and we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment.

Where possible we have instructed employees across the globe to work remotely and have asked that our employees stay home from work, if they feel sick.

We are open and orders are being shipped on time. There are no delays at our warehouse.

Gift wrapping is no longer available.

As the situation changes we are updating this statement, see updates below.

Update 15 May 2020

 

There are no shipping delays from our warehouse, all orders are being shipped on time.

Standard Shipping is provided by USPS. The delays at USPS have reduced dramatically despite staff shortage and increased volumes. If you are unable to wait, we still recommend you select the Expedited Standard Shipping option.

Expedited Standard Shipping is provided by UPS. Please select the Expedited Standard Shipping option should you require delivery within 5 days. Your orders will be shipped by UPS ground. 

Canada Standard Shipping is provided in partnership with Canada Post. There are delays at Canadian Customs and with Canada Post.

Overnight Shipping is provided in partnership with UPS. Until further notice this service is not guaranteed. Which means that if an order is delivered late, UPS will not refund the overnight shipping charges.

There are no shipping delays from our warehouse, all orders are being shipped on time.

Update 02 April 2020

 

We are trying our best and continue to ship on a daily basis. There are no forseeable delays, at this point.

Due to the rapidly changing situation there may be days when sufficient staff cannot make it into the warehouse. On these days we will ship whatever orders we can the same day and ship the remaining orders the next day. 

 

Update 27 March 2020

 

We continue to ship on a daily basis and there are no delays at this point.

UPS have confirmed that they are delivering parcels on time, but have suspended the service guarantee for all shipments to any destination. This means that a guaranteed service is no longer guaranteed. They still expect most shipments to be delivered within the guarantee timescale, despite this. Should items be delivered late under a guaranteed service, UPS will not refund the overnight shipping costs.
